I'm so excited to share my brand new quickie, 10-Minute Booty Burner. This quick, targeted 10 minute glute burner is the perfect add-on to a lower body session, or even stackable with other short workouts to round out a full-body workout. Personally, I also love these types of workouts on days that I just "don't wanna".
