Hey there Blendies! My apologies for not responding to everyone yesterday. I know it’s not required, but I like to! After spending the day helping my friend move and clean her house, and then crying the ugly cry when we said goodbye, I was wiped out! (Sigh).
Before we get down to business, let’s look at our weekend ghosting schedule. Cabob, you said to put you down for whenever- I hope it’s okay that I put you in for this weekend? If not, just say the word, and I can cover the weekend. June is booked, but if anyone would like to guest host in July, we’d love to have you!

What’s your workout for today? I’ve got a lower body hiit and strength for day 4 of Abs 3. Not sure if I’ll manage a morning walk; I switched my grocery day to Thursday, and I’d like to be back home by noon, which might mean giving up my morning walk. What about you?
