Pre-hiking stretching videos/recommendations

Hi! I hope everyone is doing well :)

I'm an avid hiker, and I'm going to be doing a difficult 10-13 hour hike in two weeks. I was wondering if anyone would have ideas for pre- and post-hiking stretches? I want to make sure I don't hurt myself ^^'

I'll be doing a bunch of other hikes this summer too, ranging from 5 to 10 hours, so this would be super helpful!
