Away for a Week – Workout Suggestions? (Level 3, No Equipment)

Hi Fitness Blender team!

I’d love your help. I’m going away for a 7-day holiday, and I’d really appreciate it if you could suggest 5 quick, no-equipment workouts (level 3) so I don’t fall completely off track.

Ideally a list of simple but essential exercises with repetitions.
