Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, May 26th

Aaaaaaaand welcome to another Monday, you fabulous Blenders! A great big thank you to Becca for ghosting over the weekend. We appreciate you, Becca!

You are looking at one rested and refreshed Blendie. All my guys went on a camping trip over the weekend, which means I did some hardcore introverting! What did I do with the house to myself? Enjoy the silence and a super clean house (I cleaned right before they left). Watched movies that made me cry and where the actors were British. Didn’t wear any foundational undergarments. Read uninterrupted. Turned off my phone and ignored calls and texts. It was great, and my guys will be home today before lunch.

Question: what’s something that helps you to feel recharged and refreshed?

Anyways! Let’s move on and talk workouts, shall we? What does today hold for you in terms of movement? I’m starting Abs 2 - never done it - and it’s hiit time!

If I’m “feeling sassy” like Lynne, I might do the extra credit as well- a short, LB strength routine.

We don’t have to feel sassy to eat! What are you eating today? I’m declaring Mondays to be salad days. And since my guys will have probably not had a single piece of produce during their camping trip, salad (with chicken) seems like a good idea.
