Collagen/Protein Powder/Creatine/Super Greens/etc... Are they good for you?
Hey! I have always believed that the best way to nourish my body is with real foods. However, lately, I have wondered if any extra supplements would be beneficial? I wonder if I'm not getting enough nourishment with diet alone.
If any of you use any I'd love to hear your thoughts! Or, if you don't recommend them I'd love to hear that, too!
If you use them and love them, I'd love to hear which ones you use...there are SO many options...it's a bit overwhelming.
