Hope you're all well! I've not been around here too much lately, though I've still been working out. Work has been extremely busy and my anxiety has been high, which means I've hidden away a little bit. Silly, I know!
What do your workouts look like? I'm visiting my parents for my dad's birthday weekend, so I'm not sure yet what my workout will look like today. I've been working through FB30 R3.
We're going to a restaurant to celebrate today, and they serve steak mostly, so that will be my food today. How about you?
I'm trying to stave off the anxiety by reading as much as I can. That's helping for sure. Any tips you guys have, also gratefully received! Picture is the book I'm reading right now.
