HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 19th 📚
Hello Blendfriends, welcome to Monday. It's a holiday here, so I have a little extra time. This is probably normal, but I always feel like I have loads of things built up that I should be doing. And yet, the only procrastination advice I seem to be able to follow is "Never put off till tomorrow the book you can read today.” (Holbrook Jackson). Ah, well, little by little things are getting done. I started my garden plan, even though it's kind of too cold for gardening this week. And today we'll go get permits for taking the kayaks on a canal that goes right through a big part of the city. When it warms up, it'll be really nice.
This week I'll do a lot of walking. Downtown today for the permits, then later in the week two general rehearsals for our concert. I am working through Mobility moments (I had the idea weeks ago, now I'm actually doing it), and adding little workouts as I see fit. I'm thinking express upper-body strength today. And tonight we'll make a nice cozy lentil soup. So what are you up to?
