Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, May 19th

Hello again!

How are you all doing my dear ladies? Before tackling this check-in, let's give a round of applaus as a big thank you to Shabnam for ghosting this weekend. Thanks Shabi!

Right, let's get to it. My daily routine started a bit later than usual, I woke up at my normal time but to thunder, rain and half of the house without electricity. Luckily it was just the security switch on the board and things were quickly fixed so I could start with my day.

And start I did with Day 8 of Patrice's Strong & Sculpted, back to upper body with still the same style workout as week 1 but with progressions. Man! This was one tough workout, my arms were literally shaking at the end. I especially loved the Z presses, I'm going to incorporate those more. And can I say once again how much I'm loving this challenge? I'll definitely be doing that one again.

It should certainly also have some dinner in store right? Here it'll be leftover spaghetti for hubs and some leftover pizza for me.
