Weekend Check-Ins (ANG): Sat, May 17

Hello beautiful Blendfriendz!

I hope this check in finds you well. I woke up not long ago to a nice morning of 78° and a clear sky. My coffee is brewing and my head is slow 😅

Hope my body is not slow when it's time for a workout! I have a bodyweight total body strength and hiit with Nicole:

How about you? Are you following a FB challenge or program? Or maybe freestyling, deloading or doing any other sort of movement. Hope to hear about them all and get inspired or learn.

How about some delicious foods? I've been thinking and craving lasagna. I've made it only once!! I feel like it's complicated but i found a simple recipe and will try it. Not sure today but I will eventually. Is there any dish that you've been dreading to make? Or perhaps any other challenges that you've always wanted to try?
