Weak core

Hello Fitness Blenders,

Looking for some help please! I have a weak core. I have SI back ache, and advised to work on my core muscles. I have neglected it as I just don't enjoy it. Anything that involves lying on my back and lifting my neck and head, I just cannot do as it hurts my neck so badly.

Whenever I do a programme I always swap core workouts as I just don't enjoy them - and this is the result when you ignore part of your body!

Are there any workout recommendations / a few exercises I can do each day to tag onto my normal workout that doesn't involve my neck being off the ground?
