Workouts where I can avoid pressure on foot?

Hi! I am nursing an inflamed tendon in one of my feet (from overuse I think) and am wondering if there is a way to filter workouts where I could stay seated and not put too much weight on my foot for a couple of weeks? I know I can kind of go through and make my own alterations, but I was wondering if there might be an easier way to just filter it?
