Okay, let’s get to it. What’s on your workout schedule for today? I finished Mass yesterday, but today am going to do day 2 of the program to see if I’ve made any gains in the amount of weight I can lift.

And what’s on your plates tonight? No surprises here, it’s spaghetti. But last week I made homemade sauce, and it made a TON, so I froze it. Just need to boil the pasta and thaw the sauce.

Tonight is the first of four nights of busy-ness. My youngest has his band concert tonight. It should be fun- I love the songs they’re playing!
