Just wrapped up FB Strong. Working on incorporating more yoga into my daily routine.
It seems like strength training really works for keeping my body lean and toned (my sisters and I come from a family where it's hard to lose weight, especially stomach fat). My new question then is if I've found "what works", do I just keep doing that?
I am thinking of doing FB mass or FB bored easily next.
