New FREE Workout! 8-Minute Hip Mobility Routine

Hey Fitness Friends — whether you sit at a desk for most of your day or are very active, there's a good chance your hips take on a brunt of the work. That's why today's FREE workout is all about the hips.

8-Minute Hip Mobility Routine

We're fusing together movements that focus on both mobility and flexibility because tight hips often need both! And so often, we rely on stretches alone to solve our issue. While they may feel great in the moment, they're just a piece of the puzzle. Good mobility requires strength and control, not just length.

Join me as we travel through a series of 10 exercises starting with mobility, transitioning into dynamic stretches, and ending with some static holds. We'll target many different muscles surrounding the hips including the hip flexors, glutes, internal and external rotators, adductors, psoas and more.

I personally LOVE incorporating this work as part of a nighttime routine. It's a great way to wind down before bed! When you're ready for happier hips, join me.
