HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 14th

Hi Everyone!

Where are you on the pasta scale? I think I am a fully insane fusilli. Things seem to be going at a rapid pace and I am slowly turning into an over-tired Orecchiette.

I don't know what is on my plan today. It will be quite warm for an after work run and I need to get some groceries for dinner. So maybe a later in the evening yoga? My legs are still a bit cranky from Sunday so definitely some stretching would be helpful.

I hope to have salmon for dinner with asparagus but we have to see what is left at the store when I get there. It is always a gamble and you have to think on your toes for replacements.

Anyways, over to you guys.
