Today promises to be a busy day- my youngest son has two dress rehearsals for his band concert tomorrow, which means lots of running around town. I really wish that driving across town burned lots of calories. Alas, it only burns fuel.
But I’ll burn a few calories today with the last day of Mass. it’s some upper body and lower body stretching, and I decided to add this walking workout with Patrice.
