Hey friends — our latest FREE workout has arrived and it’s a short, effective burner!

Express Tabata HIIT Circuits

In less than 20 minutes you’ll have done an effective bodyweight HIIT workout without any equipment (yes, that includes warmup and cooldown!). This makes for a great minimalist, travel-friendly workout, or a quick cardio day. I’m challenging you to work at about 80% of your max for our 20-second working intervals, followed by a 10-second rest. 

In the workout itself, the exercises are fun (in my opinion) and dynamic, consisting of both low and high-impact options. In addition to no equipment, all of our movements are standing, so no floor to standing transitions or impact to the wrists.
