Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, May 13th

Heya Blendies! I have no clever intro, so let’s get to it, hm?

How are you moving your body today? Gardening? Running? Squatting? Pressing? I’ve got upper body strength today, and I’m hoping to go for a walk as well.

And you all know what Tuesday means in my house in terms of food: tacos or tostadas! What does this Tuesday mean for your menu?

Finally, I’ve got TWO questions for you. Feel free to skip, although one of them is a simple yes or no question:

1) Do you use weightlifting gloves? I’m considering getting some. As I’ve increased my weight, I’m starting to get callouses on my hands!

2) See that rose right there? ☝️ It’s beautiful, right? From one of my bushes. I’d prefer that it was still on the bush, but Hubby likes to cut roses and bring them inside! Do you like to cut flowers and bring them indoors? I *don’t*, because then they shrivel, wilt, and drop their petals; the water gets gross if I don’t refresh it, then I gotta clean the vase…it just creates another chore for me to do. Better to leave them on the bush! 🤣
