Me either. 😆 I’m recovering from the busy, people-filled weekend and looking ahead to another busy, people-filled weekend. I’ll tell you more later, but let’s just say that you could put me in solitary confinement right now and I’d be ever so grateful! 🤪

Okay, what about those workouts? What’s the plan today? I’m resuming Mass with a Level 5 LB strength and plyo routine that I’ve never done before.

What are your dinner plans? I’ve STILL got so much barbecue in my fridge, and if my guys don’t eat it all for lunch, then that’s dinner! What about you?

Pic: one of two dogs that I would ever let on my furniture. This is Olive, Hubby’s cousin’s dog. She’s a sweet little old lady now, but when I first met her, her whole face was black and she was young and spry. She’s gentle, intelligent, hardly ever barks and doesn’t really shed. Pretty much the perfect dog!
