Happy Sunday!

Happy Mothers Day to all women everywhere! If this isn't your Sunday to celebrate Mother's Day I invite you to celebrate as well.

I am sharing a picture of honeysuckle and a gnome on the deck of the shop where I had coffee with a friend yesterday. I wish I could share the fragrance with you. The honeysuckle smelled wonderful!

I am also sharing a picture of a cute wooden spoon I bought at the Farmer's Market.

I didn't buy any produce since I put in order for local produce through the produce box that will arrive Wednesday. A few of the farmers at the market are featured on the produce box.

I am doing well with the You Choose Challenge. Yesterday I did an oldie lower body strength with Daniel. Today is a recovery day I have swapped in Nicole's workout where she does foam rolling paired with stretching.

I am staring this post later than usual since I am listening to a series of news podcasts and cleaning up my kitchen. My speaker is set to do this when I say good morning.

One story that caught my attention was about Finland. The speaker said the library in Helsinki looked like carrot cake. Then went on to describe the cafeteria and play area. I want to go to this library! I need to look it up.
