Hi! I’ve made a few changes in my life this last month in the hopes to improve my health and I’ve had a small win! I was able to drop 1lbs and feel the slight difference in my body!!
This is what I’ve changed:
1. Cancelled the expensive gym membership I’ve had for months(I was not going at all out of fear/embarrassment).
2. Decided to walk during my two 15 minute walks. I tell myself to do it to get out my cubicle and see the sun now that it’s out.
3. Take up FB workout program low intensity for 4 weeks. I’ve worked this after my job… down side of this is that by the time I am done it’s like 6:30/7pm which is on the later side for me because I still have to cook afterwards, ugh!
4. Practice mindful eating. Keeping in mind to eat amaller portions of food. Less eating out for breakfast/lunch/dinner, these last two weeks I only ate out 3 times for dinner only. Yay for me and my pocket! Lol
I am open for any ideas, suggestion, tips that have helped you in this journey if you want to share!
What changes have you guys done that’s helped you in this journey? Any of you guys late cookers? What kind of meals do you guys prepare?
