Before I take my leave for this week, let's share our workouts for today. I didn't really feel like working out today but as it's a #SpringintoFitnessChallengeComplete for me I forged ahead anyway. Day 5 ended with some lower body but I swapped yet again for another not yet done and this time I picked a Patrice WO. She said to aim for 10 to 12 reps so I lowered my weight a bit and got it done. To reward us for that we got an 5 min EMOM finisher!
Another thing I'm not in the mood for is trying to find something for dinner. I've got no idea whatsoever, not even if I want it to be quick and easy, cold or warm.. I do hope hubs has got more umph than me to prepare something.
Okidoke, got about everything covered me thinks so that's it for me for now, enough rambling done. I'll leave you ladies with a picture of my little irisses, whom I forgot I had in a pot in the garden. I saw them this morning when I put my laundry out to dry.
