There's a lot of crunches implemented in workouts here, but I feel like I don't usually see full-blown situps. I tried to do full sit ups recently (I used to be great at them as a kid) and realized I pretty much can't even do one without my feet going cattywampus. Wondering if any videos here implement them significantly or if anyone may have techniques to improve. I've been liking core add-on workouts with Brian recently. But yeah I feel like even if I put weight on my feet I somehow knock the weight over anyway or it's uncomfortable and cuts into my feet.
