HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 7th
Hi Blendfriends.
Sorry for being absent the last while. Things were just a bit much for me.
This morning I had my appointment for my citizenship application and it went really well. The worker was very pleased with my document organization. She said some people show up just with their ID and nothing else from the checklist (and there are a lot of documents). She also said since everything looks good she expects a speedy process, maybe by September or the end of the year. Wouldn't that be good news!
So, now that I am feeling lighter and oddly enough 2 nights of better sleep under my belt, I am ready to get back in the swing of things.
I did do a 5km run yesterday and I really enjoyed it. I will go to the gym after work and focus on upper-body and maybe finish with the stair climber to help get ready for the end of the month,
Not sure what is for dinner, but at this point I don't care.
What is on your plan for the day? Let's go into the second half of the week full strength!
