Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, May 7th

How's things? Funny enough I've got no idea how to start this check-in today. Usually I've no problem coming up with something but not today. So let's jump right into business.

Movement.. of course you're moving but the question is how? It was Springing into Day 3 for me and surprise, surprise I swapped for other workouts. I wanted to do some core instead of Nicole's AMRAPs so I picked a short goodie with Tasha and I added Erica's miniball/stuffed animal cardio and strength. I liked Erica's WO so much that it went straight to my favorites.

What's not really in my favorites list is coming up with something for dinner. I've got more than plenty as we got groceries in yesterday but it's more 'how much time do I want to spend in the kitchen?' And knowing myself.. as little as possible.😁

It's really funny, I'm sitting here looking at my screen thinking "okay, got everything covered" but no inspiration comes as to how to end this check-in. So I'm gonna keep it simple and say:
