Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, May 6th

Hello my fellow sports addicts,

How's today treating you so far? I know most of you are probably still slurping on or other beaverage, and others might already be on their way for some nature or charity work but I sure do hope you're ready to get this day going.

I've already got some chores done and I've just finished my workouts. It's Day 2 of the Spring thing and I did a bit of a mishmash, I swapped the scheduled one for Erica's all back WO and added Tasha's post-run UB. But that's where I went of grid, I first did one round of Erica's, then switched over to do the main part of Tasha's, back to Erica's for the second round and cool down and again over to Tasha's to finish with another CD and some mobility. LOVED IT!

But we're not just here to talk about me, of course I want to know all about your workouts. I also want to know about what's for dinner today. For me it's Asian as it's Tuesday so that means grocery shopping, woo-hoo (yes, that's sarcasticly said). I'll probably get quite bit of walking in because we'll need to go to a few different stores.

So, I'd better get some breakfast in me and have a nice shower so I don't scare the people away. Although that might come in handy, might get the shopping done a lot faster. 🤔🤣

Little shoutout to Karen and Anne, hope both of you are doing fine (I know Karen is of course 'cause I bug her on IG😜) but Anne I hope things are fine. If you're feeling up to it, please just give a quick coucou.
