I hope you've all had a nice weekend and are ready to spend this week with me as your host again. But first a huge thank you to Lea for ghosting and marveling us with those gorgeous mermaid tails. Thanks Lea!
Okidoke, let's get to our first to do item to tick off: workouts. I've decided to put Spring into Fitness on my calendar and swap the workouts already done before for newer ones. Day 1 was a new to me Brian, some LB strength and stabilitly and because it was on the shorter side, I did Erica's glute and hip strengthening WO as an add on.
Another thing to tick off is the food part. No idea whatsoever comes to mind but I'm sure there'll be something in my freezer that'll suit my needs. And maybe you can give me some ideas for the rest of the week?
Rest of the day will be filled with little chores of my list. One of them is weeding the front path, it's a task I'm getting quite sick of actually but I know it'll keep bugging me seeing the weeds each time I look out the window while eating. I rarely not carry out something once it's in my head, I start to feel restless and annoyed until I've done it. Weirdly enough weeding is the only thing I can postpone... on occasion...😆
Ooh, let's make a question out of this. If something bugs you, by that I mean a chore or something that needs to be done, but you really don't want or like to do it, do you do it anyway or are you able to postpone it to another day or even just ignore it? I hope I've expressed myself clearly enough, if not just ignore the question.
Right, enough rambling for a Monday, I'll leave you ladies with a picture of a lovely pink rose.
