Your most-repeated videos

Hi Blenders,

I do love to try all the new workouts and my favourites list is getting longer and longer, but there are videos I just love so much that I keep coming back to them. All of Kayla's hip, ankles and feet content, lots of Erica's balance and coordination workouts, some of the no-frills strength routines...

But Nicole's Mobility and Recovery workout is definitely the winner 😆

I discovered it in my pregnancy and it has helped me with various back issues many times. And it always gives me this feeling of 100% reset like nothing else!

I'm curious, what are your super-favourites? 😃
