Perhaps inspiration for you

Hi FB Family,

I decided I wanted to focus on pure strength for a while. Plus the fact that the air conditioning is not on yet. So I did the 4 week Flex and 4 week Booty - alternating each day. Since it was a challenge to move workouts, I created a Routine out of them as I went along. I also swapped out some workouts that suited me better.

I have completed them and the 4 week Routine - so now I am ready to launch it and start over again.

I want to work on cardio - which is my next goal.

What are all of you working on right now ?
