HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 29th
Good Tuesday morning!
It’s not exactly a great one for me, as I slept badly, waking up often and finally getting up at 4am. I will try to find the energy needed to get through the day. My work day should not be too busy, so that should help.
What is on your personal and/or workout calendar for today? I plan on doing a short, “easy” workout, instead of continuing the Abs challenge, to ensure that I stick to my new daily routine, while taking into account how tired I am. I’ll do just 5 minutes of housecleaning, again trying to stick to my new routine, but scaling it back. Supper will be a hearty beans and tortilla soup.
