HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 28th 🎶
Hello Blendfriends, welcome to Monday's thread! My morning routine needs to be quick as I'm headed back to work today. Over the weekend I was well enough to participate in our choral camp to prepare a concert with about 60 other people. It is a wonderful feeling to make music in a group like that, and here is a succinct quote to that effect:
"It's such a happiness when good people get together." ~ Jane Austen
We began each day with (optional) meditation and movement. Meditation led by our director, and then workout videos prepared by a local trainer especially for our group, with movements to open up the chest and shoulders to sing, and dynamic mobility movements to prepare our bodies for lots of static postures during the day. Not only were the workouts excellent, it was so kind of her to wish us a good day singing!
Mobility will be my workout theme for the next few days. I'm going to return to Kayla's mobility moments, and add other workouts as time and energy permit.
