Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, April 28th

Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to the final Monday in April, wowza! May is right around the corner, pretty soon it will be the Fourth of July holiday so get your sparklers and barbecue grills ready, and then come August 1st we'll have to start decorating for fall and wearing sweaters, even though the temps are scorching; Christmas will be here before you know it, so you better start shopping NOW! At least that's the message the stores send!

Anyways, a big thank you to Karen for being our weekend host, despite getting up at four something and going to bed at two something. That's some serious Blender love right there.

Let's get to today's workouts. What kind of activity have you got planned today? Maybe some gardening? E-biking? Pilates? I've got day something of Mass, a lower body strength workout that looks like it's going to hurt a bit, lol!

Food? Are you lucky enough to have leftovers, or maybe someone else cooking for you? *I* am the someone else. I would like somebody else to be someone else, but that's not happening today., ha! Pork chops, potatoes and veggies for my guys, something vegan and easy for me, not sure what yet.
