3-Part Overeating Series Now on Wellness Tab!

Hello Fitness Blender family!

As many of you asked, we are releasing this three-part series on overeating within the Wellness tab (originally posted on the FB community page). This series is great for anyone who experiences or struggles with overeating or if you are curious about what psychological, social, and environmental factors contribute to how much and what we choose to eat. It is my hope that we can bring these subconscious factors into conscious awareness so that we can be intentional about our eating habits.

Part 1 will define the boundaries of the phenomenon of overeating and give you the first of seven factors that impact overeating. Part 2 will dive into six additional factors that influence food intake. Part 3 will wrap up with tips for preventing overeating and cues that maybe some additional professional support is needed to help with overeating.
