100 FB days in 6 months check in and a surprising problem
At 8/15 for the month & 55/100 for the challenge . Ran into a problem I did not expect. Since I’ve started lifting as heavy as I possibly can, since I want to see how far I can go, I find my legs too sore to do cardio or hit the day after a leg day. So I switched to FB strong from FB complete and I will see how that goes. Very happy with FB Strong, so far lifting heavier than ever. How is everyone else’s challenge going?
