I've been working out with fb for 8 years. I've had up and down but always loved their wos. Last year I started working out at gym cause I wanted bumping up weights and followed their training card but kept fb pilates wo. My body changed a lot maybe for the change in my workout. Lastly my boyfriend and I broke up. Since then I've lost my motivation. I've started eating always and a lot. For the results I'd love to do what I did during last year. But my mind has no motivation to move and I gained a lot of weight. So I thought of returning to fb wo but I am afraid I would lose progression with Gym weights ( at home I only have 20kgs for squat for example , at gym I use 70kg for squat). What should I do? I'd Always been crying and eating. Should I force me? Help me, please
