New Workout! 10-Minute Push-up Challenge

Hey Fitness Friends,

I have a feeling this workout is either going to spark some excitement or spark some dread… tell me your initial reaction :)

10-Minute Push-up Challenge

I’ll admit, push-ups are *NOT* my favorite. Can you guess why? They’re not what I’m good at. I naturally gravitate toward lower body strength because I’m more confident in that, and that makes it more fun for me! BUT, this also tells me I have a lot of room for improvement in my push-ups. 

How about you?

This quick routine is split into five 60-second push-up intervals (all different variations) infused with 60-second mobility intervals for active recovery. Add this into your routine 1-3x per week for some extra push-up practice. I know I will be!
