New Workout! Cardio-Only Basic Step Circuits

Good morning FB Family!

After 17 years apart, the aerobic step and I have found each other again for today’s workout release:

Cardio-Only Basic Step Circuits

What makes this routine “basic?” I kept the “choreography” straightforward with introductory stepping motions, offer several modifications, and we repeat the movement patterns plenty of times for you to get into a flow that works for you. So even if you’re like me and haven’t hopped on a step in quite some time, you’ll be able to hit your groove, work up a sweat, and hopefully crack a smile!

Step routines are a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness with a range of low to high impact exercises. We keep the impact towards the low/moderate end in this workout but feel free to (safely) add some flare wherever you see fit!

I’ll be adding a few step workouts into my planning phases when I prepare my batches of routines for filming. What are we thinking? More step workouts? Specific format/style requests?
