Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, April 15th

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I know what you’re thinking: is she going to post a Rock meme every day this week? Yes I am. You’re welcome. 😜

Today The Rock is reminding you to focus on the muscles you’re working. Yesterday I was zoning out during some wide rows, and when I refocused on really engaging those muscles, wowza! What a difference that mental adjustment made! What muscles will you be focused on today? I’ve got a lower body strength routine with D&K. What’s on your calendar?

What about some good food? Are you cooking, eating out, or maybe someone else is cooking for you? It’s Taco Tuesday for my guys. I made a chickpea shawarma salad last night instead of the Ethiopian lentils I had planned, and I’ve still got plenty of salad leftover, so I’ll have that.
