New Workout! Energizing Bodyweight Cardio and Mobility

I don’t know about you, but it takes me a few minutes of walking around in the morning before the fatigue wears off and I feel ready to take on the day. If you’re not typically one to workout in the morning, this little routine could be just the thing to get you in the right frame of mind and feel-good state to take on your day.
In just 12 minutes, we tackle gentle, low-impact bodyweight exercises designed to circulate blood flow to your entire body, helping you to shake off fatigue and wake up tired joints. No equipment needed!
There are so many benefits to getting active in the morning (even if for just a short time) like improved energy, alertness, mood and focus... among others! If you already workout in the morning you could use this as a quick mid-day movement break.
