HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group April 14th 👃

Good Monday everyone! Well, I'm still sick and don't have much to report. After peeking at yesterday's thread, I see that I am not alone. So I've chosen a thought for today that reminds us to stay present to ourselves, in the moment:

Breathing in , I calm my body.

Breathing out, I smile.

Dwelling in the present moment,

I know this is a wonderful moment.

I've been doing some of the guided meditations lately, especially to calm down and sleep, so, breathing in the present moment is a pleasant part of my life lately 🙂

We're having beautiful sunny weather, and then a week of spring rains. This would be the perfect day to start lettuces outside! But, given my energy levels, I'll probably just put my kale starts outside to soak up the goodness.
