Well hello, my dears! Here we are at the start of another week, and a big thank you to Cabob for keeping us going through the weekend!

I hope you’re ready to “Rock” ‘n roll with those workouts today! (Pun intended) Or maybe you need a weekend from your weekend and are taking it easy? The point is that we’re listening to our bodies and giving them what they need. And today, mine needs day something of Mass, with an upper body routine:

What kind of movement are you doing today?

Our bodies definitely need food! What’s on today’s menu? Hubs is grilling burgers, I’ll have something vegan. Ethiopian lentils? Maybe. A friend gave me some berbere spice, and it might be fun to experiment with that.

Okie dokie, whatever the day holds, you- we!- can handle it. I believe in you, and so does Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Let’s do this!
