Good Saturday morning!

I know we often talk about self care Sunday, but how about having a self care Saturday? My to-do list is long today, but I will put myself first. Will you be doing any of the activities listed above? Or do you have something else in mind when you do a self care day? Taking a nap might be in the cards for me, since I woke up around 1am and couldn’t fall back asleep for a couple of hours.

I only completed one workout from the 2-week Abs challenge this week, because I have felt very tired after work. I’ve walked most days and have been doing short stretching workouts. Time to get back to the Abs challenge today. And if the rain can hold off, we’d like to go for a walk at the park🤞 Do you have any physical activities planned for today, or will this be a rest day?

I won another 25$ gift card from taking part in a sleep challenge at work last month, so I might do a bit of shopping this weekend. I’m taking part in most of the challenges that they put on, but sadly this year, there won’t be an Amazing Race. I think I’ll try to get some of my colleagues involved in the challenges at work. The only one that used to take part in them with me has retired. Challenges are more fun when you’re doing them with someone, like when FB started the year with a 30-day challenge and everyone taking part was checking in on a thread.
