When Kelli first asked me if I’d be interested in filming some rebounder workouts, I immediately thought “they really trust me with bouncing around on something?” I was pumped. Once the rebounder arrived, I popped it out of the box (safely assembled it, haha) and immediately started my hopping journey. Instantaneous joy!
The benefits to rebounder training are plentiful (make sure to read the write-up!), but the soothing effects of the repetitive, low impact bouncing motions are what sold me. My brain is usually processing everything a bit too quickly but a quick session with the rebounder (such as this 10-mintue routine) helps me streamline my thoughts and calm my nervous system.
