New 60+ Minute Workout! Lower & Upper Body Strength Circuits

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release is a fun, sweaty, and empowering lifting session combining two 30-minute lower and upper body strength segments:

30-30 Lower & Upper Body Strength Circuits

Strictly strength with no hopping or jumping (minus a few optional hops during the warm-up), this long-duration strength routine will challenge you to lift challenging weights with high repetition. This is a great “bridge” workout for building up your strength towards lifting your heaviest weight selections while also creating some muscle growth (hypertrophy).

This routine was my first workout “back in the studio” to kick off a long block of filming, and I was so excited to get started with such a monster of a workout! So excited that midway through the workout (during the water break) I somehow missed my mouth and poured a bunch of water on myself. The frenzy that ensued afterwards to make sure that the mic survived was something else.
