New 10-Day Challenge! Week 1 of Strength and Power with Brian

Hey FB Family,

Welcome to Week 1 of our 10-Day Power Challenge: Strength & Power with Brian

If you're reading this, it means you're showing up and choosing to do something for yourself, which matters. This week is all about building the foundation: strength, control, and consistency. We're not trying to do it all at once. We're taking it one workout at a time and stacking those small wins.

This week's workouts are challenging but doable, even if you're short on time or energy. They're designed to hit different muscle groups, including smart progressions, and help you feel stronger after every workout. Each day has a particular focus, from supersets to drop sets and bodyweight burners to full recovery.

If you ever feel like skipping a day, remind yourself that consistency is more important than perfection. It's okay if you modify or go lighter. Just press play, start moving and do what you can. The results come from staying consistent, even when it's tough.

And don't forget, we're doing this together as a team. Stay connected, share your progress, or drop a quick "done" after your workout. You never know who you're motivating.
