Hello! I'm wondering if there is something out there that can help me to be able to jump higher onto a platform or box (basically to work on bone density) I know I can do the regular jumping, like jump squats and the like, but I'm interesting in jumping onto a platform or box,
and use something where I can hold on with both my hands, so in case I lose balance, so I don't fall or trip onto what I'd like to jump onto (like a box, or platform ) I also know I could hang onto a wall, but that's just one sided and I don't feel secure. It would be better to grab onto something sturdy while jumping - if you can picture that. Just didn't know if there was anything to help in this way. Thanks!
