New Add-on Workout! Glute-focused Bodyweight HIIT

Hey Fit Blenders!

I’m coming to you today with a short, glute-focused bodyweight HIIT routine to spice up ANY other workout:

Glute-focused Bodyweight HIIT Add-on

This workout can be done in less than 15 minutes, making it a great finisher for a strength workout. Most of the exercises are lower body and glute focused, with a variety of low and high impact. Of course, modifications are always offered! This is actually one of my first higher impact workouts coming back to exercise after having baby #3. So I shamelessly incorporate some modifications along the way too.

This is a short, level 4 burner but can be turned into a 3 or 5 depending on the intensity you bring to it.
