While this is a steady-state cardiovascular workout, the format is one that gets *slightly* more challenging as the routine goes on. We start with slower, longer intervals at the beginning. And by the end, we’ll be working with quicker tempos, movements that demand a bit more coordination, and short intervals. If you’re moving at a quick pace, you can expect to break a bit of a sweat by the end... all with no jumping or equipment.
We’ll be on our feet the whole time, getting our steps in with total body exercises that circulate the blood through your lower and upper body. Not only that, but you’ll work on coordination and balance with some sneaky core (my favorite) too! It’s a total energy and mood booster, perfect for the days you need it.
