Hello, everyone, and Happy Tuesday! How is everyone doing? I think today might finally be a normal day at work after roughly a month of constant crisis. I said this yesterday at 8AM too and it made me a liar but no more changes should be deployed today so maybe this time i’m actually telling the truth.

My exercise has been sporadic but i’m keeping up with my steps goal at least. As the days are getting longer, i can already feel my energy returning so i think i’ll start naturally doing more as it stops being so dark in the mornings. Had a lovely weekend with lots of walks in nature and catching up with friends and even after the chaos of yesterday, i still feel restored.
